Cash flows, forecasts and business plans

We can prepare cash flow forecasts for your own specific use or to present to third parties, such as banks and financial advisers.

A cash flow forecast is a document that helps estimate the amount of money that’ll move in and out of your business. It also includes your projected income and expenses.

Cash flow forecasts typically cover the next 12 months, but can also be used for shorter periods of time – like a week or a month.

We can prepare a business plan that describes your business. It covers objectives, strategies, sales, marketing and financial forecasts.

A business plan helps you to:

  • clarify your business idea
  • spot potential problems
  • set out your goals
  • measure your progress

You’ll need a business plan if you want to secure investment or a loan from a bank. It can also help to convince customers, suppliers and potential employees to support you.
